Pakistani families in Australia bring a strong tradition of rishta introductions, often through a rishta aunty, relatives overseas or community networks. Khandaan keeps what works about that, and adds a directory of profiles, optional ID-checked badges and a private first introduction, so you are not relying on a single contact.
14 families are listed right now.

Many Pakistani families still prefer a matchmaker to carry the first message. Khandaan lists matchmakers for free, and those who have had an ID check carry a badge. You can browse them without an account, or contact families directly, whichever your family is more comfortable with.
Families from every part of Pakistan and from many language backgrounds, including Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and Pashto, are welcome to list.
Some families want a partner already living in Australia; others are open to a match from back home. Khandaan lists families in Australia, so it suits those searching locally, and its privacy protections apply to every profile.
A parent, sibling or the candidate sets it up in a few minutes. No credit card.
Read profiles by city, age, education and occupation. Photos stay private.

Full details and photos open only once the other family says yes.
Creating and listing a profile is free, with no credit card. To send introductions you pay $79 once, GST included, by PayID, and that unlocks unlimited introductions. There is no subscription. Matchmakers list for free.
Khandaan is built for families, not for individuals swiping on strangers. A parent or relative can create the profile, introductions go from one family to another, and photos stay private until both families agree to connect.
ID checks are optional. A member can send a photo of a government ID and a selfie, a Khandaan team member reviews them, and the photos are deleted once checked. Profiles that have passed carry a badge. It is a basic check, not a background check, so families should still make their own enquiries.
Yes. You can browse matchmakers who list on Khandaan, and those who have had an ID check carry a badge. Matchmakers list for free, and there are no extra fees for the families they work with.
